• Account data — if you create an account: your name, email, and sign-in details.
• Gameplay data — the games you host or play, answers submitted during a session, scores, and session timing.
• Billing data — if you subscribe: limited payment details handled by our payment processor (we don’t store full card numbers).
• Device & usage data — browser type, approximate region, and product analytics that help us keep things working.
• Optional end-of-game feedback — fun-score, short survey answers, optional free-text, and (for hosts) a recommendation score.
• Messages you send us — for example, support or safety reports.

Players can join a session without creating an account. In that case we only process the display name you choose and the answers you submit during the game.

• To run live sessions and generate game content for your group.
• To create and secure accounts and process subscriptions.
• To keep play safe and enforce our content rules.
• To fix bugs, measure performance, improve the games, and measure advertising.
• To respond to you and meet our legal obligations.

Wibly’s host is powered by AI. Prompts and the answers players submit during a session may be sent to AI providers to generate rounds, score responses, and moderate content. We send only what’s needed to run the game and we don’t use the content of your sessions to train third-party foundation models.

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as hosting, AI, analytics, and payment partners — under contracts that limit how they may use it. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Session content from anonymous players is kept only as long as needed to run and improve the games, then deleted or aggregated.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Account holders can manage and export much of their data from the account portal, or email privacy@wibly.games and we’ll help.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (for example remembering referral / promo attribution and your cookie preference). With your consent on www.wibly.games, we also use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and PostHog to understand aggregate traffic, measure ad campaigns, product funnels, and (on the signed-in host portal) limited session replay to improve first-time hosting. The Google tag may load with advertising and analytics storage denied until you accept; no ad or analytics cookies are written unless you choose “Accept analytics”. Analytics cookies are optional — you can choose “Essential only” or “Accept analytics” in the banner, and change your mind later by clearing site data for www.wibly.games. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Those vendors process data under their own policies; we configure Analytics with IP anonymization where available.

Wibly is designed for a general audience. You must be old enough to create an account under our Terms, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we’ll remove it.
