You can join a session without an account, but hosting and managing subscriptions requires one. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to create one.

Some features require a paid plan or pass. Prices, inclusions, and billing periods are shown at the point of purchase. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use Wibly to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to bypass safety modes or content protections.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use Wibly for anything unlawful or against these terms.

You keep ownership of the answers and content you submit during a session. You grant us a licence to process and display that content as needed to run the game and to operate and improve the service. You’re responsible for what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.

The Wibly platform, games, host, brand, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use Wibly for its intended purpose. AI-generated game content may not be unique to you and may be similar to content shown to others.

We work hard to keep Wibly running, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wibly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded.

You can stop using Wibly at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.
